At Hethersett Masjid, we are dedicated to providing high-quality Islamic education for both youngsters and adults. Our aim is to nurture a strong connection with faith, build moral character, and equip our community with essential Islamic knowledge.
For Youngsters
We offer structured Islamic classes designed to help children and teenagers develop a strong foundation in their faith. Our programs include:
- Qur’an Recitation & Tajweed – Teaching children how to read the Qur’an correctly with proper pronunciation.
- Islamic Studies – Covering essential topics such as Islamic history, the life of Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), and core beliefs.
- Memorization (Hifz) Program – Helping students memorize selected Surahs and Duas.
- Manners & Morality (Akhlaq) – Instilling good character and Islamic values.
For Adults
Learning is a lifelong journey, and we encourage adults to continue expanding their Islamic knowledge. We offer:
- Qur’an Tafsir & Hadith Studies – Understanding the deeper meanings of the Qur’an and the sayings of the Prophet (ﷺ).
- Fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence) – Practical guidance on daily life matters, including prayer, fasting, and family life.
- Arabic Language Classes – Learning the language of the Qur’an to enhance comprehension and connection with the divine message.
- Special Workshops & Guest Lectures – Covering contemporary Islamic topics relevant to our times.
